Mixed bag depending on which order
My experience with RosyDay splits down the middle like the reviews here. First order went perfectly: true to size, quick dispatch, lovely packaging. The reorder a month later arrived late with a item substituted without notice, and getting the correct one required persistent chasing. Staff were polite throughout at least. So whether you get the good experience or the bad one seems like luck of the draw rather than process.
