Photos oversell what actually arrives
Ordered from UnitedLuxury after their product photography convinced me, and the gap between images and reality was significant: materials felt cheaper than described, engraving was crooked, and the promised box was missing entirely. Support offered a partial refund percentage that barely covered shipping costs I incurred. The warning-themed reviews on this page reflect a real pattern, not isolated grumbling. Plenty of better options exist at similar prices.
