Product unusable, support non-existent
The item from LilyKity arrived defective out of the box and contacting the store proved impossible, every email address bounced and the contact form swallowed submissions silently. Reading this page shows twenty buyers reporting identical experiences, variously calling it hopeless or an outright scam. Whatever functional units may exist, the complete absence of after-sales support makes any purchase here a guaranteed gamble. Avoid entirely.
