Membership trap with cancellation fees
OurPetToday signed me up for a recurring membership alongside my one-time purchase in fine print I missed, then charged a cancellation fee when I tried to end it, matching complaints from several reviewers on this page. The pet products themselves were fine quality and arrived promptly. But burying subscription terms behind one-time purchases is a dark pattern regardless of product quality.
