Proper crisps with proper communication
Ordered a case of Burts hand-cooked crisps directly after falling in love with the flavour range at a farm shop. Direct ordering worked out cheaper per bag than retail, delivery took three days, and a substitution query was handled by an actual human who emailed back within the hour. Flavours are bold without being artificial tasting. Small British producer doing direct sales right, happy to keep supporting them this way.
