Frustrating spreads and withdrawal friction
My experience with OspreyFX deteriorated over three months of use. Spreads widened noticeably during volatile sessions beyond what comparable platforms showed, one withdrawal required multiple identity re-verifications before processing, and support responses grew slower as my questions got more specific. Nothing catastrophic happened to my funds, which is why two stars rather than one, but the accumulated friction pushed me to competitors offering smoother operation.
