Service fine, expectations should be moderate
KEFL delivered my order acceptably: correct items, reasonable packaging, timeline within the stated window though not faster. Nothing in my transaction failed and support responded adequately to one query about product specifications. The middling average rating here reflects reality accurately rather than indicating problems; this is simply a functional retailer without standout strengths or failures. Fine for standard purchases where speed is not critical.
