ProgBl took my payment for their digital service and then ignored every subsequent message, exactly the take-money-and-ignore pattern described repeatedly on this page by German and English speaking reviewers alike. No download access was ever granted, no refund mechanism functions, and the support address produces automated rejection. Fortunately the amount was small, but multiplying small thefts across many victims is apparently their business model. Steer well clear.
