Car as described, but budget for the fee stack
Won a salvage SUV through this auction after outgrowing my old truck, and the vehicle itself matched the listing photos and condition report honestly. What nobody stressed enough: the hammer price is only the start. Documentation, transaction and auction fees added well over a thousand on top, plus storage charges while title paperwork crawled along for six weeks instead of the promised two or three. Bidding requires a refundable deposit north of four figures, and getting it back after a cancelled bid was slower than advertised. If you go in with eyes open on fees and patience for the title office, workable; if you expect the winning bid to be near the final cost, prepare to be upset.
