Airport collection worked flawlessly twice
Used Travelex for two trips this year, ordering euros online for airport collection both times. Rates beat my bank comfortably and the click-and-collect counters were staffed and ready with my currency within minutes of arriving post-security. Second trip I tried home delivery instead and that went less smoothly, Royal Mail delays pushing arrival to the eve of departure, nerve-racking though ultimately fine. Tip from experience and other reviews: always choose collection over delivery, and order at least a day ahead for the better online rate. In-terminal exchange without pre-ordering costs noticeably more.
