The plunge tub itself is honestly decent for the money once it arrived. Getting there was the problem: advertised three to five day shipping turned into five weeks, tracking sat on label created the whole time, and my emails got canned copy-paste answers with no phone number to call. When the box finally showed up they had sent the smaller model instead of the one I ordered, and sorting that swap took another two weeks of back and forth. Great product idea, frustrating company to deal with. Buy it, but only if you have patience.
