Six months in with this provider. The guide layout is the best part, everything is sorted properly and the channel numbers stay consistent week to week, which sounds small until you have used services where it changes daily. Sports streams in HD rarely stutter for me. What drags it down: the movie section has persistent audio sync problems on maybe a third of titles, and email support took four days to even acknowledge my ticket about it. Good daily driver, flawed extras.
