Started strong for the first month, decent picture and quick zapping, so I renewed. After that the freezing began, sometimes every few minutes during evening hours, making live shows unwatchable. I tested it on three different devices and two internet connections to rule out my end. Asked for a partial refund on the unused months and was refused flatly, offered only troubleshooting steps I had already done twice. There are better options out there for similar money; learn from my mistake.
