The face balm itself suits my mature skin well and a little goes a long way, so the jar lasts months. My problems were around the buying experience: a subscription was quietly attached to my first order, the second box shipped before I even realized I had one, and sorting out the cancellation took several emails. A friend who ordered around the same time waited six weeks with no delivery and gave up chasing. Nice product inside the tin, clumsy company around it. Read the checkout screen very carefully before paying.
