Preordered a sealed Japanese card box that was nowhere in stock locally. Ordering was smooth and they confirmed quickly by email, but be aware email is the only way to reach them and release-day delivery really means weeks after the official launch once stock lands with them. My box eventually arrived well packed and factory sealed, no complaints about authenticity. If you are patient and just want a hard-to-find product secured at a fair price, they do the job. If you expect day-one delivery, look elsewhere.
