The wall shelves looked substantial in their photos. What arrived after five and a half weeks was noticeably smaller and lighter than pictured, more decorative than functional, and one bracket was missing entirely. To be fair, support did reply within two days each time and offered partial refund or replacement parts, choosing the refund route myself. Shipping updates were nonexistent between order and delivery though, so I had no idea when to expect it. Manage expectations: cheap prices mean cheap goods and long waits.
