Ordered a phone gimbal from this store based on the low price. The package took thirty-four days to arrive with tracking that showed nothing between departure and arrival, so I genuinely did not know if anything was coming. The gimbal itself works and was as described, motor quiet and battery decent. But quality control missed a scratch on the arm joint and there was no invoice or warranty information in the box at all. When I asked support about warranty coverage the replies stopped coming. Cheap yes, risky also yes.
