Hosted a small game server community here for close to a year. Uptime has been respectable overall with maybe three brief outages total, and performance holds up fine for our player count on their mid tier. The control panel feels a decade old though, clunky for routine tasks like mod updates, and support tickets sit overnight before anyone responds since they seem to run lean staffing. Pricing undercuts the big names enough to make those annoyances tolerable for hobby purposes, but serious communities may want faster help.
