Engaged this consultancy for building compliance paperwork on our extension project. The advisor clearly knew the regulations inside out and flagged two issues our architect had missed, which saved us a resubmission cycle. Where they fell short was pace: deliverables landed days late twice and chasing was on us entirely, with no proactive updates between milestones. Invoicing was transparent at least, no surprise extras. Knowledgeable people worth hiring if your timeline has slack in it, but do not expect project-management discipline from their side.
