Ordered a linen shirt and chinos here during their seasonal sale. Delivery stretched to twelve days against seven promised with no proactive updates until I enquired, mildly annoying but resolved politely. Garment quality sits at decent mid-range: fabric weight is good and stitching tidy, though the shirt shrank slightly beyond normal on first wash despite following care instructions. Prices during sale made it worthwhile regardless. A reasonable mid-tier fashion shop, order early and maybe size up anything cotton.
