Bought a pendant necklace here as a birthday gift based on their product photography, which turned out accurate to the piece itself, delicate and pretty exactly as shown. Gift presentation box was nicer than expected at this price point. Disappointment came weeks later when the chain developed visible tarnishing despite claims of durable plating, worn occasionally not daily. Customer service offered a replacement chain without argument when I sent photos, arriving within ten days. Lovely designs, questionable longevity, responsive enough support to make it right.
