Booked a lookalike entertainer through this platform for a retirement party. The performer arrived punctual, in character throughout, and genuinely fooled several guests for the first ten minutes, which made the event memorable. Booking process itself was straightforward with clear pricing upfront. Deductions come from the agency cut inflating costs versus direct booking, limited performer availability outside major cities, and one communication gap where the rider requirements reached the venue late. Fun concept executed reasonably well, plan ahead for regional events though.
