One item arrived legitimately genuine with tags intact, the other displayed subtle discrepancies in label stitching that authenticators later confirmed as counterfeit when I queried the difference. Support claimed mixed supplier sourcing and offered return of the suspect piece only, refusing full order refund despite selling fake goods being straightforwardly illegal regardless of intent. Partial resolution achieved through card dispute eventually. Gamble not worth taking at any saving.
