The problems clustered around commercial practices: lifetime access claims came with asterisked conditions discovered only later, certificates offered hold no recognition weight with any employer I checked, and completion requirements counted passive video playback rather than demonstrated understanding, making credentials essentially participation trophies. Learned the material through personal discipline regardless. Free platforms deliver equivalent instruction without these marketing entanglements.
