Ordered rare houseplants here attracted by catalogue photographs showing impressive specimens. Plants eventually arrived after twelve days, packaging protecting roots adequately though one specimen shifted loose in transit. Condition disappointment followed: three of five plants showed stress damage, yellowing leaves and drooping suggesting warehouse dwell time exceeding healthful duration, one monstera arriving with broken stem entirely. Support replaced the worst specimen eventually but replacement took additional fortnight arriving similarly stressed smaller size. Survivors recovered eventually with intensive care. Rare variety sourcing exists here, plant health lottery does not justify prices.
