Used this fundraising platform for our community centre refurbishment campaign. Setup walked us through storytelling and reward tiers sensibly, dashboard tracking donations in real time helped momentum management. Reach however disappointed beyond our own network sharing, organic discovery within the platform generated minimal traction despite featured placement promises, and fee structure obscures payment processing costs until withdrawal stage. Raised eighty percent of target primarily through our own outreach amplified by their tools. Useful infrastructure for organised groups, not the audience source marketing implies.
