Apparel compression fits accurately and survived the race itself admirably, mud and barbed wire included, washing out cleanly afterwards without damage. The training programme PDF included was surprisingly substantive, structured progressive workouts rather than generic fitness fluff, guiding preparation effectively over eight weeks. Delivery took seven days. Hydration pack included leaked slightly at the valve, replaced with improved version promptly.
