Booked a mystery getaway here for anniversary surprise. Destination revealed as a coastal town we would never have chosen ourselves yet proved delightful, hotel quality exceeded expectations for the price tier, and the curated activity suggestions felt personalised rather than generic tourist traps. Packing list provided covered weather accurately. The surprise element however means surrendering control, our requested dietary requirements were noted but one restaurant recommendation missed them entirely, requiring on-the-fly adjustment. Value per pound undercuts self-planned equivalents meaningfully. Fun concept for adventurous couples willing to embrace uncertainty.
