Berlinnova prom dress - $177 and still no tracking after 4 weeks
Ordered a prom dress in grey-blue XV for $177 after their site advertised 3-5 day shipping in big letters. Trustpilot 2.0/319 warns the fine print is actually 12-15 business days tailoring plus shipping, and they only refund 50% if you don't cancel within 24 hours. Dress arrived 4 weeks later in the wrong rose-gold shade, sequins already falling off and fabric felt like thin Shein material. Offered $10 then $32 to keep it instead of a refund. Emailed daily for a week, live chat offered a partial refund after 3 days. Replicated designer photos don't match what ships.
