Hoobly classifieds - free pet ads but scam overload and no report button
Used Hoobly's free classifieds to rehome a senior dog - Trustpilot 2.5/20 and PissedConsumer 1.7/158 both warn scam volume is massive. Posting was free and Gary behind the site does email to check you're active, but there's no longer a way to report scammers and sponsored ads look like scams. I reached out to a seller an hour away, asked to meet the puppy first, and she ghosted instantly after being responsive. Ads are often stale, reposted every other day, and no replies for days. It works if you drive to meet before paying, but don't wire a deposit - meet in person or walk away.
