I experienced a stressful situation with Coinsbit.io when I had issues accessing my account and withdrawing my funds. After trying to log in around April 2024, I could no longer use my old account as before, and I was very worried about the safety of my money.

Later, I learned that I had to merge my account and move to the new coinsbit.exchange platform. This whole process of merging and reactivating my account took about six hours and caused me a lot of stress and uncertainty because I did not know if I would be able to recover my funds.

In the end, the withdrawal was successful and I am grateful that I finally received my money. However, I still want to state that the process was unnecessarily stressful and unclear. I expect Coinsbit.io to improve its communication and account migration process so that users are clearly informed and do not go through the same anxiety I experienced.
