Sorted out my charger issue in no time
Called up about a faulty charger on my scooter and they arranged for an engineer to visit within a couple of days. He arrived when promised, replaced the part on the spot and stayed a few minutes to check everything was working properly. Really pleased with how quickly it was handled.
