Sorted out my order before I even noticed
My latest order was missing one item from the box. I rang up and spoke to a chap who apologised, confirmed what was missing, and had a replacement couriered out that same afternoon. It arrived the following morning. Small thing really but it's the way they handled it that keeps me coming back.
