A great example of excellent customer care
I really appreciated the kind lady who called to offer me a better deal on my printer cartridge It s been a long time since a company reached out to provide such friendly personalised service It s a great example of the good old-fashioned approach to putting the customer first and because of this I won t be shopping anywhere else Thank you
