The app failed when I needed to sell
During a sharp drop in the market, the app froze twice and the charts went blank. I couldn't reach the sell button, so my order went through much later at a worse price. A support agent called the outage fixed without asking for screenshots or giving me an incident update. Copy trading has been useful for me, so I gave the platform several chances. Active trading has become too stressful and unreliable.
