Panels successfully repaired

From the first contact when A Shade Greener realised my panels weren t working properly I received courteous assistance from Karen in the first place and today from Adam He arrived within the allotted time explained what he was going to do offered to put shoe covers on when coming into the house He spent about 5 minutes checking in the garage then I showed him into the loft where the machinery was He said he suspected what was faulty and started to work on it He confirmed that was the problem He then replaced that part which solved the problem He showed me photos before and after to confirm what he had done I signed his i-pad and he left He was extremely friendly and polite to me and my wife s guests The process was excellent Thank you Robert Green
