I ve never ordered a referbished phone so I was a little sceptical I went with the fair condition which was an AMAZING price and when I recieved it it was practically perfect There were 2 minuscule scratches on it I had to look pretty hard to even see them I was very very happy with it Everything on the phone works perfect too I will definitely buy my phone from them again when I want an upgrade
