Query over unauthorised payment
I subscribed to the service and have a number of books to listen to at a great price I paused my subscription only because I have too many books to listen to at moment However I noticed 7 99 coming from my account way after pausing my subscription but not linked to my account so I contacted their customer service The rep Nisha couldn t have been more helpful identified the problem and further unauthorised payments and refunded all Superb service and I will reinstate my membership once I ve listened to all the book I have Thank you Nisha
