Phillip was very thougher and helpful

Phillip was very thougher when doing the loft insulation survey He explained everything very well and also answered my many questions In addition he gave me a quotation for loft decking hatch and a ladder instalation as I am thinking of having that done at the same time He is also going to organise someone to come out to do a survey on the feesibility of installing solar panals and a heat pump as I am interested in that as well I was very impressed with Phillip who was very helpful and friendly I was not so happy with my communication with the office I had emailed twice for confirmation on the appointment time and have still not had a reply
