Had roof damage after strong storms Arranged for a quick review and repair replace before the next storms came in Allstate informed Roof is 19 years old so new roof it was Allstate paid nothing claiming that we didn t give them enough time to check it out before during the repairs to protect the property Didn t expect full replacement cost Really didn t expect zero Nada Nothing
