Allstate s customer service is literally non existent Local agent is of no help to resolve issues The 800-255-7828 call center is useless as well Going on week four to get an issue resolved I ve been bounced around after several calls with no one taking the initiative to correct Allstate s error I wouldn t recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy
