Fantastic Product and Customer Service
My very first Balance of Nature order arrived within 5 days I have LOVED the product My order was set to subscription and the 2nd order had not arrived in over 12 days beyond the order received date I was about to contact them - However THEY contacted me and told me they noticed the delay and were shipping another order at no charge which arrived within 2 days
