It s a scam What these sites and similar pop up sites do is steal photos to use sell you on the product they don t have bc it s stolen photos then send you the item Because they use PayPal or other similar methods of payment the payment provider will force you to go through a lengthy and cumbersome process to dispute Then Comstrilly offers a partial refund as a way to get half the money out of you and you feel like you at least get something back when their item cost 0 50 to make and it s obvious when you receive the item bc it s literally a piece of random cloth By the way you don t have to ever accept the resolution Push forward with the payment providers that these are scams to get money out of you Refuse to back down They also use spoof emails etc I canceled the item immediately after placing an order by their customer service email bc something looked fishy There was no order confirmation until I got a PayPal confirmation of payment and when I try to contact the company the email always bounces Part of me knew what was going to happen but I was ok to test and confirm for myself how they operate I want to expose these sites If it looks too good to be true on pricing with these pop up sites that s probably the rule you should use when online shopping
