Not a good experience

I informed them I had seborrheic dermatitis in the beginning and trusted them to take care of my hair loss problem Instead it got worse and so did my seborrheic dermatitis After a year of using this stuff and being assured time and again over the phone that everything I was feeling was normal I finally got the ingredients list from them and found out that panthenol was in the mix Allergic contact dermatitis is often triggered by panthenol Why in the world they would put this ingredient in my formula is beyond me I paid so much money for a treatment that only worsened my condition My hair has grown thinner since starting and my dermatitis flair ups have stopped since ending their treatments I ve tried to remain civil and handle this with a simple refund but all I get are diversionary tactics If it simply wasn t working I wouldn t even be asking for a refund But given the situation of the damage it s caused I feel that a refund was the least they could do I m currently in talks with my lawyer and he thinks I have a good case to ask for more than that I m also in talks with a good friend that happens to be a rather large social media influencer who will hopefully deliver them some much needed karma I m sure I m not the only one that has dealt with this problem only to be ignored
