My All Natural Wife steals my MCT Wellness

MCT Wellness had a good taste Although it doesn t dissolve fully in water like some of the other Dr Gundry powders I have tried I don t mind swallowing the undissolved bits of powder Although it is perhaps a placebo effect I do seem to have plenty of energy For example yesterday I worked in my Texas yard in 100F heat for hours digging up broadleaf weeds picking up sticks mowing etc You know us Type 1 Diabetics--always trying to prove we re as good and strong as normal people My wife has started using my MCT Wellness prescription and has made positive comments about it and she s an all natural zealot so that is high praise that s she s using something like MCT Wellness I have not noticed any loss of weight I don t feel like I changed anything else in my diet exercise regimen etc I was disappointed to not see any weight loss but for now I am willing to rack that up to my diet choices and lack of exercise due to work Ph D studies volunteer work etc
