Dirty dress Laughably bad
Laughably bad Sent me a bridal dress that had clearly been worn and had several stains I sent photos and was told they couldn t see anything When I sent a video of the stains in daylight I was told if only you had sent this a few days ago we could have helped When they finally accepted my request for a return they expected me to pay a huge amount to send it back Customer service were rude and unhelpful Very grateful I ordered through a third party so had more protection
