Trust your gut and you won t get scammed
Offerup is not a bad site You just have to have common sense We all know human nature Embrace that it s inherently evil and you won t get scammed If you get that feeling that says hold up before you send your payment you better listen too it the first time I m seeing people send over 800 states away and 2400 for a car to John Doe If you aren t physically standing in front of that car there is no way anyone should do that Seriously there is no way in the world I would do that You never part with money you can t afford to lose outside of your locale I won t part with over 40 bucks outside of my locale Anything over that I pickup personally because I need to know where you live so I can come back and put my foot in someone s behind if things don t go right I ve had nothing but good experiences and have found some great deals and any deals that gave me pause without hesitation I would pass them and I ve never regretted it because it always turned out to be in MY best interest and when you are spending money that s the only thing that matters Anytime I did otherwise I got screwed every SINGLE time So be smart folks Offerup can work for you just trust your gut and never think a deal is too good to pass up because none of them are Don t feel pressured to give in either if I show up and an item isn t what I want I apologize for wasting their time and leave I don t care what they say or if they give me a bad review What s worse losing money or a bad review
