Mistakes can be made but it s how a company react that s important and from a 1-star start Jon has turned things around with a 5-star performance My initial experience with Connect co was far from ideal but Jon Teal bent over backwards in putting things right and it s been a pleasure to deal with him For me that s the mark of a team that really cares and tries to do its best to make sure they learn from mistakes and improve Really positive reaction and out come Thanks so much Jon
