This was our second Thanksgiving week

This was our second Thanksgiving week spent at Palmilla Beach and Golf in Port Aransas We chose Sandy Toes because it had 3 bedrooms with adult size beds for our 6 guests and one kid size room with one guest gracious enough to take it with the twin bed and desk and great view of golf course which was another requirement since we were there to play golf and participate in the 5k Turkey Trot The kitchen provided all the necessary tools to prepare and serve a feast Just had to provide food It s a quiet and completed location on the golf course with no loud building noise nearby We could watch golfers on the course from our balcony Televisions in every room which worked properly and provided streaming The smoke detector works really well as we found out during our first breakfast when cooking bacon there are two long pole tools in the second floor bedroom closet which are used to either close hard to reach blinds above the stairs or push the button on the smoke detector to stop its high pitch beeping The home was very clean soaps towels hair dryers lighted makeup mirror in bathrooms were provided We played board games on the dining table Everyone enjoyed the trip Just wish they allowed dogs Will probably seek a dog-friendly place next year since ours are a part of the family
