The order process was very easy and I was updated regularly with notes on shipping details and arrival times The app is super helpful for tracking the arrival of products The product- an iPhone 12 Mini- arrived promptly in good packaging I selected a phone in Good condition It came with minimal scratches and in decent shape One very minor drawback is the vibration function doesn t work but I can work around that Would order from Back Market again
